How Votes Work

Tessera Assembly
Any Tessera holder ($50) can submit a proposal. The Assembly has 60 days to vote. Requires 60% support to advance.

Senate Vote
Proposals that pass the Assembly are elevated to the Senate. Up to 100 Senators have 60 days to cast their vote. Majority rules.

Caesar Ratifies
Senate-passed votes are reviewed by Caesar. Approval executes the change โ APR adjustments, treasury burns, ecosystem decisions.

Only paid members vote. You must hold a Tessera NFT ($50) to vote in the Assembly, or a Senate NFT ($500โ$2000) to vote in the Senate. Holding $CAESAR alone does not grant voting rights โ this prevents vote manipulation and ensures only committed citizens shape the empire.
